MTI to Present at Adams Harkness' 24th Annual Summer Seminar

ALBANY, N.Y., Jul 28, 2004 -- Dr. William Acker, chief executive officer of MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc. (MTI Micro), the leading developer of Mobion(TM) cord-free rechargeable portable power technology suitable for handheld electronic devices, and a subsidiary of Mechanical Technology Inc. (MKTY), is scheduled to speak at Adams, Harkness' 24th Annual Summer Seminar at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf Hotel on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at 9:30 (EDT). 

Dr. Acker's presentation will include an overview of the opportunity for improved power in the portable electronics market and MTI Micro's plans to introduce Mobion(TM) breakthrough technology. Concept models of a PDA/smart phone and a hand-held entertainment system integrating Mobion(TM) technology will be shown at the conference.
