(i) 40,500 ordinary shares from Dr Jonathan Lloyd (who has sold same amount),Engineering Director, at 44.5 pence per share; and

(ii) 250,000 via a market purchase at 44 pence per share.

Dr Jonathan Lloyd - 12,482,228 ordinary shares, representing 12.23%
