CITY, NV-- Xynergy Corporation (PINKSHEETS: XYNG) announced today it
has obtained exclusive worldwide marketing rights to a revolutionary power
generator that works with water as the energy source. It is believed to
be the first of its kind in the world. The agreement grants the company
the rights to market the revolutionary power source throughout the world,
as well as to utilize it in their company owned retail operations. The
company is planning a grand opening of their flagship restaurant later
this summer in Boulder, Colorado. The restaurants will be "green themed"
and boast an interior that makes the generator the focal point.
Recently the company announced it
had retained security counsel to begin the filing process in order for
the company to become fully reporting, and also recently announced it had
selected Boulder, Colorado as the site for its flagship restaurant, but
today's announcement grants the company more than what it had initially
proposed in the negotiation with the inventor. "This is a great day for
Xynergy," says COO Kevin Brinkworth. "With this agreement, there is no
limit to where this company can go. It is a challenge and privilege to
be able to introduce this technology to the world."
