Calif.--VIASPACE Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VSPC), a company that transforms

into hardware and software solutions, announced today that its VIASPACE
Energy Division has begun the first of its forecasted shipments to Europe
for its HS-1000 VIASENSOR relative humidity instrument with orders filled
for Rotronics of England and the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands
(ECN).
Rotronics is a major manufacturer
and distributor of humidity measurement systems, including fuel cell measurement
and tests systems. The ECN in the Netherlands is among dozens of research
centers throughout the United States and other countries actively engaged
in fuel cell research and development, many through grants from federal,
state and local governments, or in joint projects funded by major corporations.
VIASPACE CEO Carl Kukkonen stated,
