Ballard, Hydrogenics, BASF Fuel Cell, CFC Solutions, Dana and StatoilHydro Hydrogen Technologies - just a few of the names you’ll find at EEurope’s largest and most important hydrogen and fuel cell exhibition: the Group Exhibit Hydrogen + Fuel Cells. At the HANNOVER MESSE in April 2008, 150 exhibitors from 25 countries will participate in this international platform for hydrogen and fuel cell technology.

Market leaders, SMEs as well as research institutions will present their products and developments from all sectors of this rapidly-growing industry: hydrogen production, fuel cell components, stationary, portable and mobile fuel cells, fuel cell applications, test systems for fuel cells, reformers, hydrogen transport, storage and infrastructure.

Chinese fuel cells for buses and fork lift trucks will make their debut in Hannover at the Shanghai Shen-Li High Tech booth; already five exhibitors from China have registered for 2008. The 13 North American exhibitors as well as those from Australia, Japan and Russia underline the international importance of the Group Exhibit H2/FC. Exhibiting for the first time inside this specialized H2/FC area are the National Innovation Company "New Energy Projects" (Russia), Topsoe Fuel Cells (Denmark) and Fronius International GmbH, Solar Electronics Division (Austria).

As in 2007, stationary fuel cells systems will be a main focus of the upcoming HANNOVER MESSE 2008. BAXI Innotech, Hexis, Plug Power, Nedstack, Vaillant and Viessmann will showcase their progress with this technology. In field tests these systems have achieved 1000+ hours in operation.

Recognized as the world’s largest energy and industry trade fair, the HANNOVER MESSE 2008 will welcome over 5000 exhibitors and 200,000 visitors from April 21st till 25th.
