Dr. Hoekstra will provide his engineering design expertise to the Hydrogen-Oxygen energy system currently under development by World Energy Solutions (WES) in their St. Petersburg Research & Development laboratory. Recently, WES announced that it has expanded its current R&D facility to accelerate development of the Hydrogen-Oxygen diesel fuel reduction technology.
