Voller Energy FC yacht departs

Voller Energy,  a fuel cell company currently working closely with the yachting industry, has put a Voller Emerald fuel cell fuel cell on board a Beneteau 411 sail boat that has just departed on the ARC Rally from Gran Canaria.

This will be the first time that a fuel cell has crossed the Atlantic Ocean powered by cooking gas, LPG, Calor Gas or propane.  The ARC Rally started on November 25th, with yachts sailing from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to Rodney Bay, St Lucia. Arrival in St Lucia is expected around the 18th December.
