ReGenTech Ltd is a company that was incorporated on the 28th September 2000 and has not traded since March 2003. The company has recently been recapitalised and will commence trading with immediate effect. Dave McGrath formerly of siGEN has appointed Mr Mike Banks as MD of the new company and Mr. Stuart Graham will also become a Director. Dave McGrath will take on the role of Business Development Director. ReGenTech intends to operate in the hydrogen and fuel cell space and will take over the execution of a number of projects that were abandoned by siGEN. However the activities of the new company shall be significantly refocused. Future projects to be undertaken shall be examined very carefully to ensure that they add value to the business.

In appointing Mike, Dave McGrath states it is important that we play to our strengths. Mike has an impressive track record in a previous start up company taking it to a turnover of £7.5m. As a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers, Mike brings a tremendous depth of knowledge and skill to the company.
