         PolyFuel expects fuel cells using its technology coming to the market in 2008-2009

At today's AGM of PolyFuel, Inc. (AIM:PYF), a world leader in the development of engineered membranes for portable fuel cells, Chairman Robert Jecmen will state:

"PolyFuel is focusing its resources on supporting leading portable fuel cell developers to commercialise their fuel cell technology and deliver on the promise of fuel cells - unlimited, unplugged runtimes for portable electronic devices, and clean environmentally sustainable power for transportation and electricity generation. As previously stated, PolyFuel expects the leading portable fuel cell system developers to conduct test market activities in 2007 and 2008, followed by commercialisation activities in 2008 and 2009.

"Our customers include many of the world's leading consumer electronics companies, each with decades of experience in the design, manufacture and distribution of consumer and industrial products. PolyFuel is supporting these and other customers by providing breakthrough hydrocarbon membrane technology, value-added membrane products through 3rd party distribution channels, and engineering support services for fuel cell systems and component design. The Board believes that with this strong suite of capabilities, the Company has the potential to achieve broad market penetration."
