June 12 (Reuters) - Fuel cell maker IdaTech Plc said on Tuesday the price
range on its proposed initial public share offer had been set at 110 pence
to 135 pence per share, with an expected total offer size of 30.3 million
shares.
Idatech said in a statement it would
have a market capitalisation of 78.4 million pounds at the 122.5p mid-price.
The U.S.-based company makes hydrogen-powered
fuel cells, a term often applied to small scale devices which use a fuel
to create electricity, for back-up systems which can maintain power when
the grid fails.
