At the conference, the Company will demonstrate its second generation wireless camera prototype powered by Gecko PowerSkin(TM) fuel cells and Millennium Cell's Hydrogen on Demand® fuel system. The device will be shown alongside other products and concepts under development by the Company and its licensees to stimulate interest in hydrogen battery products for a variety of critical power applications by first responders, emergency personnel and consumers. Other products on display include the Jadoo Power Systems' 100 watt N-Gen(TM) and Protonex Technology Corporation's ProPack(TM) C50 targeted at 30-50 watt applications.
Adam Briggs, Millennium Cell's President stated, "We believe that emergency power applications are an ideal fit for hydrogen batteries because of their ability to provide infinite shelf life and long runtime in a low cost package. This conference provides a good opportunity to demonstrate our significant progress with Gecko and our licensees towards compelling alternatives to traditional batteries."
Ronald Kelley, President of Gecko commented, "As a former Florida resident who struggled to find a long lasting power source to keep informed and connected after grid power outages, I am excited about the potential for fuel cell power sources in emergency power applications. Gecko is pleased to participate in this conference to learn more about how we can create emergency power solutions that you can trust when the grid goes down."
