Va--H2Gen Innovations, Inc. announced today the appointment of Michael
Discenza, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Discenza was previously the
Chief Financial Officer of the US Export-Import Bank.

“Not only do we value Mike’s financial background, but his in-depth experience
in working on commercial transactions for equipment sales to markets around
the world will be invaluable.

Mr. Discenza was Chief Financial
Officer at Ex-Im Bank from 2005 to 2007, and previously served as acting
and deputy CFO. The Ex-Im Bank is a U.S. government owned corporation that
finances the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets.
Prior to joining Ex-Im Bank, Mr. Discenza worked for MBIA, Inc., specializing
in international infrastructure project financing and debt restructuring.
Earlier in his career Mr. Discenza served at the U.S. Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) and worked in corporate finance with Citibank. Discenza
holds an MBA degree in international business and finance from Goizueta
Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics
from Colgate University.
