HydroGen Corporation to Present at Piper Jaffray's Opportunities in Alternative Energy Symposium

CLEVELAND--HydroGen Corporation (OTCBB: HYDG), a company that designs and manufactures multi-megawatt air-cooled phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) systems, today announced that the Company will provide a live webcast of its presentation to the investment community at Piper Jaffray's "Opportunities in Alternative Energy - The Second Annual Solar, Biofuels & CleanTech Symposium" in New York. Dr. Leo Blomen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HydroGen Corporation, Joshua Tosteson, President, and Scott Schecter, Chief Financial Officer, will represent the Company.

The Company's presentation to the investment community will take place on Wednesday, February 21, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. EST. The live webcast will be available online at http://www.piperjaffray.com/aeswebcast.

The online replay will be available approximately an hour after the live presentation and will continue for 30 days.
