Agni Inc. registers design rights for its second generation renewable energy car “REAL AF (Ambiente Futuro)”.

The all carbon fibre car with electric propulsion system and Agni’s Hydrogen Power Module will run on diesel and bio-diesel.

The car will also have large electrical storage capacity to utilise built in solar polymer chargers and also has the capability of arbitraging cheap night time off-peak electricity tariff.

When travelling long distances, this car will run on petro-diesel and bio-diesel, whichever is available and offers the most utility.

Additionally each car will come with a kit to make its own bio-diesel from vegetable oil, which has the potential to reduce fuel cost by almost 50-60%.

This second generation car is designed to offer economy travel of 100km/litre, of diesel/bio-diesel, with a payload of 400kg and acceleration of 0-100km/hr in 8 seconds.
