SHEC
LABS (Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation) wishes to thank Jamie Bakos for
past support, contributions made while on the Board of Directors, and continued
efforts on the establishment of SHEC Station #1.
As of September 6th, 2006 Jamie Bakos has resigned from the Board of Directors of SHEC and will focus on the continuing role as Project Manager for SHEC Station #1 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Tom Beck, President & CEO of SHEC said, "Mr. Bakos has been and will continue to be a key player in the commercialization of SHEC's technologies. His efforts have assisted SHEC in becoming a recognized player in the renewable energy arena globally and on behalf of the management and all shareholders of SHEC, I would like to thank him."
Ray Fehr, VP of Marketing for SHEC added, "I have had the pleasure to work closely with Jamie for the past two years both as a Director of our company and with marketing efforts. He has proven to be a dedicated team player, goal oriented and focused on success for everyone involved." Mr. Fehr continued, "Taking a technology from research and development to commercialization takes vision, knowledge and dedication; Jamie Bakos has all of these qualities and I look forward to working with him as our company continues commercialization activities."
Jamie Bakos said, "Participating on SHEC's Board of Directors for the past fifteen months has been a great experience for me both professionally and personally. We have seen a great deal of progress including the award of a multi-million dollar grant from SDTC in October 2005, through which we were able to define much of the full-value chain for SHEC's first commercial project. Our workshop on June 21, 2006 was the culmination of the pre-development phase for the commercial project when we brought together over 50 technical and business professionals from all across the country. Each of these individuals have made considerable contributions to help move SHEC's exiting technology into commercialization and I would like to formally express my appreciation for their collaboration and continued support."
Jamie Bakos added, "I am pleased that my work with SHEC resulted in the international recognition of SHEC's technologies through speaking engagements and published articles and papers. It is gratifying to be able to help SHEC move forward in its early stages. With the recent addition of high profile individuals to the SHEC Board of Directors, I am satisfied that the company is in good hands for the years ahead. I look forward to providing leadership in the establishment of SHEC Station #1 in Regina, Saskatchewan."
