SHARON, Pa.-- NanoLogix, Inc. (OTC: NNLX), a nano-biotechnology company engaged in the research, development and commercialization of technologies for alternative sources of fuel, today announced that it has filed three additional patent applications that enhance the efficiencies of its proprietary hydrogen bioreactor. Since June 2006, the Company has announced 13 patent applications have been filed related to its hydrogen bioreactor.

Dr. Mitchell Felder, chief executive officer, founder and patent co- inventor of NanoLogix, commented, "We are very excited with the progressive development of our hydrogen bioreactor. High volumes of organic waste materials not only pose a threat to our environment, but its disposal causes a constant financial drain on cities, towns and industries nationwide. We believe our hydrogen bioreactor may present a meaningful, cost-effective, clean alternative to waste disposal. Through the use of our system, we intend to turn high-volume waste streams into an alternative fuel source, immediately enhancing our users' bottom-line. We look forward to protecting our unique technologies that enhance this process and prepare us for additional market introductions."
