       Millennium Cell to Present at the 34th Annual Cowen and Company Technology Conference

EATONTOWN, N.J. -- Millennium Cell Inc. (NASDAQ: MCEL), a leading developer of hydrogen battery technology, today announced that H. David Ramm, Chief Executive Officer will present at Cowen and Company's 34th Annual Technology Conference on May 31, 2006 to be held at the Palace Hotel in New York City. Adam P. Briggs, Millennium Cell's President will participate in a Portable Fuel Cell Panel that will include Jadoo Power Systems Inc., a leading fuel cell developer and a Millennium Cell licensee, among other portable fuel cell companies. This panel will focus on the introduction of fuel cell based power products for portable device markets.
