- Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation is pleassed to announce that Stephen
O'Brien, P.Eng., Vice President of Infrastructure and Environmental Services
with Giffels Associates Limited (an Ingenium Group Company) has joined
the Board of Directors of SHEC LABS. He will also fill an interim role
as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development for
SHEC LABS.
Mr. O'Brien is a professional environmental
engineer with 16 years experience in the fields of environmental and infrastructure
engineering. He has technical and business expertise in process and environmental
engineering, water and wastewater systems engineering, transportation and
transit systems engineering, and environmental approvals.
Mr. O'Brien has a long track record
of managing multi-million dollar engineering projects. His involvement
on these projects includes the early planning phases, through design, construction
and final commissioning. His most recent experience includes managing the
design and construction of infrastructure components for a US$2 billion
hotel, resort and water park complex on Palm Island in the United Arab
Emirates.
Mr. Tom Beck, President and CEO of
SHEC LABS said, "The appointment of Mr. O'Brien as Chief Operating Officer
and Vice President of Corporate Development will not only bolster our management
team, it will give us the needed expertise and leadership required to move
