First
Albany Cos. Inc. has announced the record and distribution dates for the
special dividend of its holdings in Plug Power Inc.
The Albany-based investment banking and venture capital firm had previously announced plans to distribute its holdings in the Latham-based fuel cell developer to its shareholders. The First Albany board of directors has fixed the dividend at one share of Plug Power stock (Nasdaq: PLUG) for every seven shares of First Albany stock (Nasdaq: FACT), payable May 18 to shareholders of record as of May 4. |
