      Agni’s Investment in its European Manufacturing Facility

Agni Inc. will invest 65 million Euros to establish its European manufacturing facility, which will primarily focus on the production of Clean Energy technology equipment, to include Fuel Cells, Fuel Reformers, Hydrogen Power Modules (HyPwr™), Biomass Gasifiers, Pre-processing and Post-processing of Synthetic Gas, Gas to Liquids technology, and applications thereof e.g. Agni’s REAL - hydrogen car, Micro CHP systems - Navitass and Energia and multi MW IFCE (Integrated Fuel Cell Engine) systems.

Agni has closed 39MW of orders for its Hydrogen Power Module and IFCE technologies and is currently experiencing demand in excess of 500 units per month for its micro trigeneration systems, Navitas and Energia.

Agni Inc., with offices in the USA, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and India is a leading developer of Alternative Energy Technology. Agni’s products include Fuel Cells, Hydrogen Power Systems, Micro CHP Systems, Fuel Reformers, Bio Fuel, Gasifiers, and Biomass derived Gasoline and Diesel Synthesis, which are marketed under the Agni brand. The business focus is on grid-connected, distributed on-site generation, automotive, backup power and military applications markets.
