 Pemery Corp. Production Launch of Fuel Cells for DOD Munitions

What:Pemery Corp. production launch reception and production launch

When:Reception 4:00-6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2005, and Media Tours 9:00-5:00 p.m., Monday, November 21, 2005 through Thursday, December 1, 2005

Where:Pemery Corp. 466 West Jackson Street, Painesville, Ohio

Why:To kick off production of the largest single production run of fuel cells (120 fuel cells) under contract with the U.S. Army. These fuel cells will power artillery fuzes for the Army's Multi-Option Fuze Artillery.  Production of artillery fuel cells is expected to create 400 manufacturing jobs in Painesville over the next three to four years.

Who:Pemery Corp. was founded by The Ashlawn Group, LLC, a small defense contractor, to organize, manage and grow the fuel cell activities of Ashlawn/Pemery, and to manufacture all fuel cells in Ohio.
