On October 19, 2005, Hoku Scientific, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2006 entitled "Hoku Scientific, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2006 Results." In connection with the press release, Hoku Scientific, Inc. conducted a conference call on October 19, 2005 to discuss the results with investors and financial analysts.
