With this order, P 21 and SiGEN have entered a sales partnership that will soon be expanded. SiGEN is planning to install two or three additional Premion T in a broadband test insulation in Scotland. The two companies will also be sharing a stand at the SPOK Conference (Standby Power Operators Klub), which will be taking place on the 27th and 28th of September 2005 in Manchester.
"We have chosen to work with P 21 because of the excellent technical characteristics of the Premion range of products. This is the first Fuel cell UPS system we have used that requires no battery support employing super capacitors for ride through power. The unit has an impressively compact footprint and a build quality that is very high. Its communications protocols are also state of the art explains Nigel Holmes, Business Development Manager at SiGEN.
"For P 21, the sales partnership with SiGEN is a major bonus as we do not sell our systems directly to consumers, so that we need such professional sales partners. SiGEN is the most competent system integrator we could have gotten for our entry in the Scottish telecommunications market," explains Dieter Brächtken, Chief Executive Officer at P 21.
