Mr Pullar, who joined the Board in November 2004, has resigned in order to focus on a

breaking Australian research”, said Mr Pullar.

Dr Adam has been a Director of the Company since its inception in 1992. He has worked
tirelessly to support the Company and to contribute to its technical and commercial

what I can, and the Company would benefit from the injection of new expertise and new
