The Foundation For Clean Power Engineering Has Been Laid

ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, DEC 22, 2003 (A&G News via COMTEX) --Russian scientists have created the hydrogen reactor, which will become the basis for ecologically clean power engineering of the future, said at the presidium of Russian Academy of science (RAS) the vice-president of the Academy,Gennady Mesyats. "Demonstrational plants with a power from 1 kw. to many dozens of kw., which use mainly hydrogen fuel, have been created in Russia", - he said.According to the scientist, "the efficiency of the hydrogen fuel surpasses all the known ways of producing energy". "This fuel almost has no harmful ad mixtures, getting into the environment", - marked Mesyats. "Onlythe steam ejects into the atmosphere", -explained he.
