| Canada's first
green courier trucks roll out on May 27th
TORONTO--- Purolator Courier Ltd,
Canada's largest overnight courier company, is pleased to invite media
to the unveiling of its new fleet of hybrid electric (HEV) delivery vehicles
at a news conference at the company's Metro West facility.
As part of Purolator's long-term
vision of leading the industry to a future standard of zero-emission vehicles,
the company will also introduce a new zero-emission fuel-cell hybrid electric
(FCHEV) vehicle to be tested in Toronto.
Media will have the opportunity
to ride in the new vehicles and learn about how Purolator's new fleet will
help cut operating costs, optimize fuel consumption, reduce greenhouse
gas emissions and improve air quality.
Short presentations will be made
by Robert C. Johnson, President and CEO of Purolator, D. Campbell Deacon,
Deputy Chairman & CEO - Azure Dynamics Corporation, (TSX - AZD: London
AiM - ADC), Jonathan Lundy, President of Hydrogenics Power and Generation
