Dr. He has extensive experience in the semiconductor industries and nano-electrical science. His broad knowledge covers joint ventures for start-ups and project initiations for major semiconductor companies developing conceptual ideas into viable products.
Prior to joining Hydrogen Solar, Dr. He headed a number of R&D activities at the leading US chip fabrication company Micron Technology. His work there on process scaling and development issues led to the establishment of multiple bench marks.
Previously with Dominion Semiconductor, Dr. He coordinated cross functional groups in a joint venture with IBM and Toshiba which led to the successful development of a number of new cost saving manufacturing processes.
Dr. He’s knowledge of specialty gases has led to a series of projects with US research institutions and universities, developing leading edge technologies for the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries.
Dr. He gained his degree from Zhejiang University, before going on to do a PHD at University of California, Davis and postdoctoral research at Yale University.
