Voller Energy Group plc Trading Update

The Directors of the Company note the recent fall in the Company's share price
and are not aware of any reason for this fall.

Since the Admission of the Company's shares to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc in February 2005, the Company
has continued to implement the strategies detailed in its admission document
dated 26 January 2005. In particular, the Company has:

•    continued the product approval process with Speedy Hire plc;

•    commenced negotiations with third party organisations operating in other
     target markets as detailed in the Admission Document;

•    made significant progress in the development of the reformer technology
     through its subsidiary, KAT-Chem GmbH. This reformer technology is designed
     to extract hydrogen from readily available hydrocarbons such as propane or
     butane; and secured and moved into manufacturing premises in Basingstoke
     giving capacity to commence the manufacture, assembly and testing of both
     the VE100 fuel cell range and the Battery Box; and

•    filed and is continuing to file further patent applications.
