Mr. Shakeshaft has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance in the City of London, and is currently a Managing Director of the investment banking division of ABN AMRO, a global banking group. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Shakeshaft held senior corporate finance positions at Lazard LLC, ING Barings and Morgan Stanley. He is currently a non-executive director of Tele2 AB, a European telecommunications company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and a member of the supervisory board of The Economy Bank NV, a bank offering trade finance, treasury and private banking services. He is also an external member of the Audit Committee of Cambridge University.
Commenting on Mr. Shakeshaft's appointment to the QuestAir Board, Dr. Denis Connor, Chairman of QuestAir, said:
