 Fuel-cell Cars: Canada's First Hit the Streets of British Columbia

VANCOUVER-- On March 31, Ford Motor Company/Ford of Canada will present five Ford Focus fuel-cell cars to the Vancouver Fuel Cell Vehicle Program. 

Margaret McCuaig-Johnston, Assistant Deputy Minister of Natural Resources Canada, British Columbia Minister of Energy and Mines
Richard Neufeld and Vancouver Mayor Larry Campbell will take part in the ceremony. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt, Ford Motor Company's Vice-President of Research and Advanced Engineering, and Joe Hinrichs, President and CEO of Ford of Canada, will officially hand over the keys. The ceremony will also include a ride and drive opportunity for the media and special guests.

Government officials will be available to the media following the ceremony.
