 Apollo Resources International Forms Alternative Fuels Subsidiary

Dallas -- Apollo Resources International, Inc.  today announced that it has formed subsidiaries to manage its ongoing efforts in the alternative fuels marketplace. One such subsidiary, called DeCarb LLC, is focused solely on producing, marketing, and distributing a low-cost, high efficiency propane fuel substitute that involves cutting edge hydrogen fuel technologies.

DeCarb President and Chief Technology Officer, Jed Checketts, stated, "DeCarb is committed to the work that was initiated in the former Powerball entity, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as part of Apollo Resources."

The Company said that the structuring of the subsidiaries will accommodate various current research activities and opportunities in the area of alternative fuels.

Apollo Resources International is a public energy company focused on the acquisition and development of upstream oil & natural gas production assets. Additionally, the Company will evaluate existing and future alternative energy sources.
