Defense contractor Concurrent Technologies Corp. said Thursday it bought two of the buildings it had been leasing in the Johnstown Industrial Park.

The nonprofit, Johnstown-based Concurrent said it purchased the manufacturing technology facility and the systems technology facility for $10 million. The buildings, which total 326,000-square feet, provide office space for 850 of the company 1,300 employees, according to a release.

Concurrent, which tests fuel cells for the Department of Defense, has locations in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, where about 20 workers are based in the Regional Enterprise Center and support the National Energy Technology Laboratory in South Park.
